Cobots (Collaborative Robots)
Collaborative robots work alongside operators without safety fencing. Smaller footprint, easier to deploy, flexible enough for high-mix work.
Robot Packages (Industrial)
Pre-engineered industrial robot systems with safety fencing. Higher payload, faster cycle times, automated fixturing. Programmed and controlled through the Haas control. A compatible protective barrier is required with every robot purchase.
Robotic Pallet Loaders
Automated pallet loading for high-mix, low-volume work. The robot handles pallet swaps while the machine keeps cutting.
Pallet Pools
Stage multiple jobs offline and let the machine run through them unattended. The onboard Haas pallet scheduler prioritizes each job independently.
Bar Feeders
Auto-feed bar stock for unattended lathe production. The Bar Feeder V2 handles 4-foot bars from 0.375" to 3" diameter with a compact rollaway design. The Bar Feeder 12 runs full 12-foot bars on ST-10 through ST-30 and DS-20Y through DS-30Y.
